Licensing Ord Volume Charts

There is a 7 day trial of Ord Volume after which you need to license the program if you have purchased it. We first need you to email us the hardware id for your installation or Ord Volume Chart. This number is at the top of the license window when you start Ord Volume Charts.



Once the you have copied the hardware id to the clipboard you can paste in a email by using control-v in the body of that email and then send that with your name and phone number to Help@Ord-oracle.com

Once we have recieved your email we generate a license for you to download. We will email you back that your license is ready to download. Once your license is ready open the Start Menu in Microsoft Windows which is in the bottom left corner of the screen by default. You will see the All Programs or just Programs menu item. That will let you see all the programs and program folders on your machine. Select the Ord Volume folder and click on it. You will see two items in that window. Click on Download License.









Just click the button to download your license. You might need to accept a higher user level in Vista. Also you might need to allow the program through your security program or turn it off for a few minutes to allow the program to download though your firewall.
